A case study to be meaningful has to be confined to a definite place and a definite period. The subject matter is already given:'rabies'.

Is it an epidemic? If so, in the given case how did it spread and respond to the remedial measures. Could it be prevented, if so; why did it fail. Role of the Administration and NGOs.

Its causes, its intensity in spreading and extent of damage to life and health, surrounding; any measure you suggest to prevent its recurrence.
