Your sense of hearing is the last to go.

Its a defence thing, so that the sound of a predator can wake you up until the last minute.

I know Im sleep when I wake up.

If I don't masterbate before going to bed, my d*** is usualy the thing that falls asleep last. As you sleep, only the conscious part of your mind stops being awake.

You don't know you are now asleep until you wake up and realize you were asleep. I think your brain falls asleep last.

Research it. There are different stages of sleep. Your brain really never sleeps- it rests. The second website is much easier to understand.

i think the only part of the body that sleeps is the brain. everything else remains awake.
