If it's not low on fluid, the thermostat is most likely stuck closed or partially open.

well it is american product that is why!, well you could check the radiator lines, maybe there is a leak somewhere over there. check the fan, make sure its turning when you start the engine.
if else fail, then sold that damn car, change it to korean or japanese product.
