The simplest thing to do is to open up the paint feature, if you have
windows and go to file...open file...select the picture you want to convert...open the file...go back to file...save as... under options you have several different formats to choose from. Good Luck.

The eisiest way is open it in like photoshop o even paint and then click "Save As" Then just under the box where you name it there will be a drop down menu asking what format you whant to save it as. Just click on the 1 that you whant and save it!

open the picture in any graphics program and use the Save As option
