Buy a Plexiglass cutter from the hardware store (10.00$ or less) Use a straight edge and score the material several times (until the cutter starts to catch). Move the cut over the edge of a table or bench and snap downward. Good Luck.

A fine toothed hand saw works fine, Avoid any powered tools because rotation of blades causes heat to build from friction that will melt edges and cause ragged cuts. A home store could cut it to fit measurements you bring in.

saw blade with 14 teeth per inch, more teeth will load up. use old tooth brush to clean blade if necessary. go slow so you cut plastic instead of melt it.
