Depending on how far it is to get to the land you might be able to rent land space for cow grazing that some farmer's or just average people that like fresh beef would be able to fence off sections and put aniamls on there. If you have buildings you might be able to rent out space for horses or other aniamls. If that is not an option you might be able to have atarget shooting place where people can pay you to target shoot but be prepared for a mess if you choose this route. maybe a dirt bike or quad ground would be great as I work in a motorcycle shop and the kids are always looking for places to ride. You could make some tracks and people would pay to use them. Or another guy I worked with does paint ball and the woods are great places to have fun at. so you could have a huge paint ball play ground and charge a fee for the tournaments to be played as you could probably post on sites or contact companies about those tournaments but not sure of any liability issues.

Here are 6 ideas that I came up with: 1. Sell products that create residual income like memberships or MLM programs. 2. Sell other people's products as an affiliate for them. 3. Provide a service. 4. Type at home or do data entry. 5. Do paid surveys. 6. Sell stuff on eBay. You can try all and find the one that best suits you. Hope this helps.

It depends on the land use codes for the county that the land is in, check with the county or city if in the city limits where the land is before you start whatever business it is.

Depending on whether it's zoned for residential or commercial use, build either living or working space and rent or lease it out.

Not sure about the zoning laws, but you could board horses, or other animals.
