looking for complications involved. dont want to take apart . WILL THE SLATE CRACK?. hauled by truck (flat bed).

I just mmoved mine for the third time. I dont like carrying one piece of slate tooo far less the whole table. I think you will damage it in trying to acomplish such a feat. I would say probably large chance of brearing a slate since they are only screwed in. Thats allot of stress for so much weight. Most pool co. charge $400 (ballpark figure)-to assemble and or dissasemble.Goodluck

I moved a 3-piece, 1" slate pool table 1700 miles, in a horse trailer. Every time I hit a bump, I almost had a heart attack. I placed the slate on couch cushions, with thick cardboard in-between, and strapped it down tight. I made it the 1700 miles without any problem. Make sure everything is extremely tight.

Most full sized pool tables have a 3 piece slate top, that's put together by professional installers. If you try to move it in one piece.....good luck!

No but i have moved a foose ball table. it was to big to fit in our basement so we cut holes out of the wall and patched up the wall
