They know they can be talked into just about anything, so they get paranoid and angry when gay dudes are around. And deep down inside I think they know the sex is better with the "home field advantage" and that pisses them off. Also probably it is a factor that women drive men NUTS and they are pissed that gay dudes get to go through their lives without having the life sucked from them by some bitter harpie. They don't feel this way towards lesbians because lesbians still have snatches, and the snatch holds a terrible and awesome power over the straight man.

I really think it is all to do with conditioning. Men are brought up to think that they should be attracted to only women. The fact that some women may be lesbian doesn't seem to stand out. But for men to be gay is another story altogether and is something which a lot of people are so worked up about. I agree with you it does seem silly that men can tolerate lesbians but not gay men!

It's every man's fantasy to see two women together..(little do they know that true lesbians don't mess with Men).it's the ego that get's involved when they think about 2 men together..It scares them basicly because of the not knowing about the gay lifestyle,so often what people do is when they are scared or intimidated by a situation they strike out in anger or hate...What they really need is EDUCATION......

Men love lesbians as they like the thing of girls touching, caressing and kissing the same. As it is a big turn on for the guy. Most guys do not like the fact of a guy being with another guy. Guys dislike or hate gays as they have not come to accept it as being normal. It doesn't give them the same satisfaction as to watching two girls going at it. Two guys going at it. It is not a normal thing to most guys.

I'm not sure that is true. I dislike lesbians, but not gay males. The gay men are not my competition,but the lesbians are. I am only fooling around,I don't really dislike lesbians.

Men think two girls having a romantic or sexual relationship is sexy. Maybe they're aroused by the mere thought of them having sex. More men have prejudice against gays because the latter tend to be flirtatious with the straight ones. The straight men don't like gays crawling over their skin.

Fear of what is different. Women have a hard time with lesbians too! Men very rarely have a hard time working with me after they find out i'm gay, but women often do. It is often quite the opposite for gay men!
Moral of the story is be accepting of everyone!

why do i always get the feeling that some straight men are always misinformed about homosexuality? they truly believe that homo means two guys having sex or making out. homosexuality is two genders who have feelings for the same sex. it does not limit to only ONE gender which society says it is all male. i think society as a whole just have ****** up the brains of straight men to think that lesbians are okay and gay men are just disgusting.
this whole fantasy bullcrap is full of **** and it pisses me off so much when i hear every guy say that. guys are just insecure with their sexuality and it threatens their masculinity all over if he was not to side with lesbianism.

Because lesbians make 'em dream about things like having an harem, joining a threesome or sutisfy their supposed hypersexuality. Whereas gays are basically a threat on their maleness, something they don't feel at ease with. Plus both gay and lesbians are understood according to stereotypes that oversimplify them and make them seem what people want them to be.

They are being threatened in the fact that there are men who like men. To them, all men are supposed to like women but it feels like there are traitors among them. Also, they worry that gay men will have a crush on them (they like to flatter themselves).
And of course, they love lesbians becuase 'it's hot'
It just goes to show how much they objectify women.
