Have you tried google the brand name? Usually you can find the website. Sometimes you can find the manual on-line. Or at least the customer service phone number. I did that with a appliance before and it worked. Good luck.

I made a frame of 2 x 6 treated lumber, set on patio stones and bricks so the wood doesn't touch the ground. Can use 2 x 4 as well. Then I used treated plywood for the floor. Does raise the building up a bit, so I have to lift the front of the mower up to drive in, but not a big deal. I'd say you are better off getting a wooden floor or foundation at least to set the building on, I don't trust the floor kits as being strong enough, and used to sell these in my store. No matter what, needs to be very level or the dang panels will not align up and won't screw together. These are quite frustrating to put up, but hang in there and it eventually gets done. Heck, I even took mine apart in sections and moved it to a new home. Then a tornado ripped off the doors and a large tree limb crushed the front of the roof-- I just pushed everything back in place, and put aluminum flashing over the roof, and still use it- 25 years later. Not pretty, but does the job.

Looks like Home Depot sells the Arrow brand storage shed and they have local contractors to do the assembly.
