--so a guy go into a morg and he cuts off a corps's pinky finger, why does he do it?

he wanted to put the finger in a bowl of chili at wendys and say he found it in there so he could sue. that just happened last summer

This was the plot of a published paperback book. I read it many years ago. Until I read THAT book, I enjoyed books written by that author. I was revolted. The book was about sick people who did weird things typical of the illness. However everyone to his own taste. It is pointless to look for reasons in insanity that would satisfy a reader who is revolted by horror of the aberration
