It was on fox. It was situated in the future U.S. after we lost all the computer chips after a emp blast. There were a bunch of super soldiers that had been raised on a military base including some mutants that could survive underwater and in the dessert.
She was making her way as a thief before she met a guy who could help her find her past.
In season 2 also starred Jensen Ackles of "Supernatural" fame (he was also on Smallville)
Lasted a couple of seasons 2000-2002 and was left up in the air

Yea. I started watching "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" shortly before
"Dark Angel" spun off. Both shows were awesome.
