I have Black wavy hair, im 63kg with blue eyes, im 5.4 feet heigh and a really great personality but shy.

It is hard to say without a photo...And the weight in kg makes it tough too. Does 5.4 mean 5 feet and 4/10ths of a foot, or 5 feet and 4 inches?

63 kg is 157 pounds. That is a little heavy for 5'4". The hair, eyes, personality all sound great. A good personality is very important.
