In order for the statement to be true, the subjects (RNA & DNA) should be switched.

DNA is inside the chromosome of the cell .. DNA can't go out from the chromosome. ... so mRNA help to bring message from chromosome to ribosomes ... for protein synthesis

so .. RNA can't found inside the nucleus and the DNA can't go out from nucleus too

ps. i think i saw that question in the old regents exams ...

its definetly B because DNA is located inside the nucleaus so it uses M-RNA's and RNA's to transport genetic information
