ok, first u wanna do crunches, situps are a waste and will hurt ur neck after a while

also do stomach vacuums, as well as twisted crunches. go to a gym and do some weighed crunches, dont use weights on ur obliques though. also dont forget leg raises, if u want it bad enuff u can have it. u got too options meng, diet or running. if u cant cut the fried chicken out of ur diet u gotta run like hell but if u got a fast metabolism then all u really need to do is watch wat u eat and train them like every day, jz dont over do it. with that in mind dont be a pussy and under do it

I do a variety of ab exercises every morning and night using a fitness ball like they have at the gym. 4 minutes while brushing my teeth. real clean mouth, real strong abs.
