Well, it depends who you ask.
According to www.tvhistory.com Meet the press has been on for over 55 years (since 1947)
60 minutes have been around at least 30 years. The tonight show with Johnny Carson and Jay Leno have been around even longer than that.
Peyton place and days of our lives are long running soaps.
