First if you use the products for looking good. Think about what youre using not by looking at the name brands instead look at the chemicals, because certain chemicals in a wide array of cosmetic products can irritate our hair, skin, and body. I've found out about the cosmetics companies like Loreal, Neutrogena, Proactive, Biotherm, and so on. These are giant beauty industries they're giant for the amount of money they make due to the nice looking people they put on the posters, this is why many people buy their stuff. The secret is the fact that they are giant synthetical users in the cosmetic ingredients, You may want to write these chemicals down that are very bad for chemistry and health of your body.

1) Sodium Laureth Sulfate- Is known as a bubble foaming agent, it is cheap and effective to removes grime, also sucking out the good stuff out of your skin like, Proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans they help keep your skin plumpy and glowy due to the moisture holding capacities of it.

2)Propylene glycol- A chemical used a lot in face cleansers, lotions, hair care products, and other stuff in grooming. It is shocking to believe it is a anti freeze in cars! But it's true, they feel good on the skin as a thickener but its actually irritating your skin or hair if its in a shampoo.

3)Imidiazondylial Urea (some chemical), Polyquaternium-#, PEG-# (theres to much to list) But go to yahoo and type in this ( Harmful chemicals to avoid in the search box.

Sunscreens- Its a sunny clear day, Stacey has gotten a bad sun burn, She says to her self, I must buy a sunscreen she went to a pharmacy and buy herself a high SPF45 one like Neutrogena and went to the beach.

Suncreens are bad! Beauty media declares that you should wear sunscreen. In fact some chemicals the sunscreen are known to react with the pollutants and Sun to generate free radicals that destroy and weaken your skin and immune system.
Chemicals to Avoid with no exceptions!
Avobenzone, Octisalate, Octinoxate, Octisalate, Oxybenzone, Octycrylene, PABA, Homosalate.

Chemicals to be safe
Only Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide. I prefer Titanium Dioxide.

To keep your skin looking young, don't go out into the sun too much. Once in a while is OK (because the UV rays are good, but only if you use them sparingly). The rest of the time, use sunblock. Get the recommended amount of sleep per night (usually around 7 to 8 hours for adults), and drink enough water (about 8 glasses a day), so your skin is hydrated. As for hair, don't damage it by using heat too much (for example, if you want to still be able to style it - let it air dry, and then straighten it or curl it ... this way, you still have great looking hair without too much heat damage). Also, make sure to take daily vitamins - these will help your hair to become strong and healthy. Make sure to use a good shampoo and conditioner, and get trims regularly.

Use a night time moisturizer every night before you go to sleep. Use a daytime moisturizer with an SPF 15 every day before going outside. Try to stay out of the sun as much as possible to avoid skin cancer and early wrinkles. The sun is very drying. And don't sleep on your stomach. It may not matter much when you're young but it will increase wrinkles when you're older.

Avon makes some excellent skin care products and they are much more reasonable than department store brands. You can actually order online at www.avon.com. Good luck!

STEP ONE: Derma Cleanse Washing Gel - This gentle cleanser naturally removes dirt, bacteria and excess oil, leaving your skin balanced and clear. Other face-cleaning agents contain salicyclic acid and benzoyl peroxide, stripping all facial oils and causing the body to overcompensate and produce excess oil. This creates an imbalance where the cleanser is in constant battle with the body, ultimately doing more harm than good. Derma Cleanse cooperates with your body's internal processes, leaving behind the right amount of oil to heal and protect your face, while cleaning and preparing it for the next step in the ZENMED™ system.

STEP TWO: The ZENMED™ Derma Cleanse Micropeel - Exfoliation is the process of helping the skin shed its old, dead cells to reveal a new, healthy layer— and the way the Micropeel achieves this is nothing short of miraculous. It is produced from naturally occurring Alpha Hydroxy Acids, which strip the skin delicately and without the traditional side-effects of excess peeling, redness and burning. This soft-potency product produces powerful results and is recommended to be used only two to three times per week. Micropeel can also gradually lighten scars (displace hyper pigmentation), remove the appearance of pock-marks by bringing collagen to the skin's surface, and balance dry and oily patches on your face.

STEP 3 The ZENMED™ Homeopathic Moisturizer - This all-natural elixir punctuates your skin's miraculous return by moisturizing, protecting and maintaining its new balance. Made from essential herbs and unrefined plant essences, the Homeopathic Moisturizer perfects the healing treatment and promotes the skin you were born to have. It is non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, and like all ZENMED™ products, contains nothing but the finest all-natural ingredients Mother Earth has to offer. ZENMED™— Beautiful skin by Nature.

Wash your face with the right products for your skin type (choose shampoos according to your scalp condition), and use sunblock daily. You may have to experiment with sunblocks to find one that suits you, but it's worth the money and the hassle. Have you ever seen an older woman from TX or CA who hasn't taken care of her skin and used sun protection? Ew, imagine a raisin...

Drink plenty of water, eat a clean diet (lots of fresh fruit and veggies), take a daily multivitamin, sleep at least 8 hours a night, and exercise. Your skin, hair, nails, and energy level will thank you for it. Good luck!

The Only way to really have beautiful skin from now until forever is to stay out of the sun as much as possible. Always wear sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. I live in Texas and women here have known for ages. Most people here do not adhere to these principles and are very sorry when they turn 30.

The best medicine for your skin is water. It's a proven fact and I'm a satisfied customer. i used to have really bad, oily, acne covered skin. I trashed all the juices I have in my house and drink only water. And at night I wash my face with JUST water, NOTHING else. I don't wash my face in the morning. So get rid of all those face washes and cleansers you have because it's crap and will backfire when your 60 and your face is peeling off. So just live on water and wash your face with ONLY ONLY ONLY water. I've tried it and it's a miracle! Also, get more sleep and use a GENTLE sunblock when you layout!!!

As for your face never use soap and water. My wife is 58 years old. She always uses a facial cream to clean her face. She has no wrinkles at all. Her face is still beautiful, andpeople still guess her age 15 to 20 years younger than she actually is. She always wears sunglasses when she's out in the sun so she won't squint.

You NEED to start taking fish oil and vitamin E caplets. If you buy fish oil, make sure you are taking vitamin E at the same time. But you could also take prenatal vitamins. They have EVERYTHING a woman needs in them...and they enhance your glow, moisturize your skin, gloss your hair, and make your nails stronger. You can't go wrong with those. And try to drink water any time you think about it. I know not many of us drink what we should, but that's the best beauty treatment period.

Good nutrition and exercise. Good health is the best beauty secret of all. Most skin and hair problems are due to a bad diet. Oily fish, like salmon, is AWESOME for skin and hair.
