Lift heavy. Do 3-4 different exercises to work all areas of the bicep and in reps of 12 or less. On your last set, pulsate at the peak point to really make it burn. After a few weeks change your routine and do higher reps. Its necessary to shock those muscles for every body part. You don't want to stay with high reps because that is more for people that want to stay on the leaner side and get more cut.

buy a curl bar. Start off doing a weight youre comfortable and do 4 sets of 21's. Then add 5 llbs every 2 weeks to the curl bar and eat a lot of protein shakes. Trust me you could be like me at 17 inch pythons
