Most digicams cannot be used as pc cameras, but some can. Check your camera's user guide to determine if yours will work. (Fuji has cameras that work for this.)
You will also need some software to connect to the camera. If you don't have some now, you can download one of the instant messaging programs that handles video chat (AOL's AIM is one free one).
If your camera does work as pc camera, then plug it into the computer using the usb port and turn it on. Start your IM or pc camera program. By making appropriate selections, you should see the camera's image on the screen.
This can use up a lot of camera battery power. If possible, plug in your camera's power cord.

u must use the audio/video cable if enabled.
