Well, I woke up at 4:30am Thursday morn for work and I won't be going to bed until 8:00pm Friday night. Right now it's 12:35am. I wish I were bored!!

try reading or listening to soft music but what ever you do do not count sheep that makes you more a sleep but what workes is if drink worm milk

try thinking of something really exciting, but in the greatest detail you can imagine so that it gets boring to think about it....my mom used to do tell me to do that when i couldnt sleep...it worked for me...
