I got Mayan indian in me,enough to show physically,I have a big,firm butt with nice hips.So why do people still say Native people have flat butts.They need to get their minds straight.Also my friend is considered Mayan mixed european,and she has nice,long legs with a big butt.Who started this dumb rumor?

People tend to categorize and stereotype. Not all native americans are alike. Any smart person could tell you that. Thats like saying all Puerto Ricans have big butts. NOT all Puerto Ricans have big butts. I'm half Puerto Rican and I have a big butt. But my half sisters butt is FLAT! She's full blooded Puerto Rican. But there is way too much ignorance in this world. People are always going to believe stereotypes.

Most natives where I live (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) do have flat buts. I'm not sure if this is genetic or they just don't get enough exercise. But I can honestly say that only probably about 5% of the native women I've seen have a big curvy but. I wouldn't be surprised if was genetics tho. I could see different tribes having polar opposite genetics when it comes to physical attributes.
