She's had very big lips since she was young and I doubt she got "lip implants" or anything along the lines of that back then. Also, if you look at the pictures of her new baby, you can see that it also has nice size lips, too.
I looked, but couldn't find too many pictures of her when she was young ... But there are a few, if you search.

EDIT: Someone said that she admitted that they weren't real and that's not true. It's not unheard of to have large lips, so I don't understand why some people are deadset on saying they aren't real.
For anyone that has actually seen the way a person looks with collagen, they'd know she doesn't have it.

It is possible that she may have had a tiny bit of work done on her nose, though. But the lips, I am 100% positive they are 100% real.

Who cares? She looks hot, loves kids, donates and participates in life & the world, and is with Brad Pitt - That is enough for me. Must we worry over how she got that way - she had no boobs in Hackers or whatever that old movie was but I do not question her acquisition of them later in life. Live and let live (with Brad Pitt)
