I think it is wonderful that we have American Humanitarians such as Angelina Jolie who travel to Third World Countries to provide monetary relief to those in desparate need of food, water and maybe clothing. But are other Humanitarians from different parts of the world traveling to America to help our people that are homeless and starving? Maybe because we feel that "their" situation is worse that we neglect our own?

I think that other people don't come here to help the homeless because they see our country as the richest country in the world, which we are, and they don't think we even have those kinds of situations here. We shouldn't have those problems here, the govt should spend more money on helping our poor and raising wages than on other things that needn't to be done.
