I used to artwork in rides over at Hersheypark and it relies upon on the severity of the twist of fate. that's amazingly uncommon for a severe twist of fate to happen. popular the rides are checked and run till now any travelers are allowed o the rides. If something seems the least bit incorrect they're going to close down the journey. the main elementary concern isn't beginning or th coasters get caught on the raise hill. Contrary to tleigh517's answer, I heard that a small boy somehow slipped out of his seat and fell out of the cart he was in, I don't remember if he died or not. But in accordance to tleight517's answer, there was a man who I believe lost his arm on the ride. Otherwise, I only really heard of roller coasters getting stuck upsidown for an extream about of time.

well ficitonally, the movie Final Destination 3. Thats one of the worst lol.
I remeber 2 women died on Perilious Plunge, they flew off or something.
i had a dream once where i was watching a rollercoaster with a whole audience and there were people on it and suddenly the coaster flew off the tracks and people started flying off splattering blood and flesh and brain matters all over the floor into the air and on us

A couple years ago, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Disneyland derailed injuring a few and killing 1 person.

well i got stuck on SheiKra it stopped us when we were hanging over the side of the first hill.we were like that for about an hour and a half.the chain locked up because it thoughthat the car was goin too fast. but we got to ride twice.and we got an excellent view from up there.good thing i had my camera.

I "heard" that someone lost either their head or their arm on Space mountain. I was little when I heard it. I was so scared to go on it and while we were waiting in line my boyfriend at the time says to me that his uncle helped build it and won't let his kids ride it. As if I'm not scared enough......right as we are ready to get on...they shut the ride down and turn the lights on and walk everyone down from the ride.
So, we waited and were the first to go on!!!!! I stayed crunched down as far as I could.
