A bisexual is sexually and/or romantically attracted to people of either gender, not neccessarily to the same degree though. Bisexuality differs for each bisexual; some are monogamous, some are not, some will alternate between genders and others will date both genders simultaneously.

Some people accuse bisexuals of sitting on the fence unable to make their minds up - this is because society assumes you are one or the other. When pressured to choose one particular gender, bisexuals feel intimidated and unable to comply - whilst they may favour one gender over the other, they cannot deny their feelings towards the other gender.

Also, bisexuals may experience confusion at their "varying attraction over time" - one minute they're gay, and then they're straight. Such confusion is the result of trying to internalise the belief that you much choose one or the other.

This is a brief account of bisexuality. Does any of it relate to you?

Im bi -- but lately have wondered if I were actually a lesbian? I dont know -- I love my husband and have been with a few men (like 8) but they just dont do it for me. If I see a hot couple walking down the road or even a hot guy and average girlfriend -- I find myself always checking the girl out and not even glancing at the guy.

It's not something easily explained
You can say if thinking about girls makes you horny and then seeing if guys do but that's not always the most accurate way becuase a lot of different things can make you horny
It's something you discover over time, for yourself. Don't jump in to anything too early though, because that may either traumatize you or make your decision a wrong one. Just take it all slowly and in time, you will know and when you do, don't let anyone tell you you're wrong

If women turn you on then you are a Lesbian. If both women and men turn you on then you are Bisexual. It's very simple.

Most homosexuals know by the age of 5 what they are. If you like girls more than guys and want to be close to girls more than guys. If you want to kiss girls or hold girls or comfort them.

If you're bi you like both.

Who do you like the most. Who turns you on? Do you want to kiss guys or girls or both? Do you want to take your clothes off for guys or girls or both? Do you want to see what a guy has under his shirt or what a girl has?

I know I like girls. I'm a guy. I want to hold and kiss only girls. Guys do not interest me in the least for affection.

Who do you desire?

If you had ONE person to kiss in this world one time, would it be a girl you know or a guy?

One kiss.

You got a card that says: You have to give this person one free kiss. No holding back. No saying "no."

Who do you go to and hand the card to?

You don't have to tell me or anyone else. Only you need to know that answer.

the same way straight people know that they're straight, they just know what they're attracted. i started realizing in fifth grade i liked both. i just didn't really realize what it meant until recently. now, i get it, and i know i'm bi.
