idle speed fluctuates intermitently sometimes its at 2000rpm then sometimes its good at 600rpm help please

This car should be fuel injected so idle is computer controlled. Does it go low when you have a/c on? If yes look for the sensor that turns up idle when a/c is on. Also it could be a vacuum leak. Check all the air hoses for small leaks.

Without actually looking at the vehicle, my guess would be a dirty inlet jet or a sticking idle jet or idle adjuster sticking.
Service the carburettor and check the idle adjustment.

get some fuel injection clean to clean it. for the rpm to be lowe it depend, cause some time if you drive the vehicle from cold it will cost your rpm lower then normal and use more gas too. warm up your car ever day see what's going happen. good luck

I would say you should of bought a chevy..thats what you get for buying a car fromthe same manufacturer that built the Japan Zero that killed so many of our men in ww2
