I say do it the American Way and bring her to court for the rights! You may not like living with her after she is served with court papers but you can legally get your way because any judge in his right mind will not deny you the right to see your father.

Probably because she just spent 16 years raising you and now your gonna live with Dad. That's a bit of a slap in the face after all the hard work she put into raising you.

I don't know why you would choose your Dad's place over your mother's, perhaps your Dad allows you to do things that your mother wouldn't approve of, because it isn't in your best interests to behave that way.

Calmly tell your Mom that divorces aren't about the kids they are about the man and woman. That kids deserve to have time with both parents..... then walk to your room calmly and lay down and read a book...let her think that over.
