Not just different, vastly superior. LOL, just kidding
No, not really. Sometimes certain things are a little awkward, but I can compensate. For example I use right handed scissors, because that is what I had to do. And when I severely cut my left hand, I mean almost cut my thumb off that severe, I learned how to write right handed. It looked like crap, but it was legible. Now it is healed and I can use either hand, but I prefer my left.
Oh yeah the notebook thing. I started writing notes from the "back" page to the "front", just turn it over. Or in a binder on the back side of the paper. You just cope, and it has made me a little more creative about problem solving.

I'm left-handed, and I don't feel any different. I am not really aware of the fact, except when I spot another left-handed person. But usually, we're all people, with a rather irrelevant difference that separates us. By the way, I was really surprised to see that there are some buses here that are better suited for left-handed people than for right-handed ones. I don't think it was on purpose. They just didn't think about it. But there was a case of reverse discrimination, as it were.

My brother is left handed, I think he finds it a little annoying when he's trying to use something designed for a right handed person, but other than that he says no, it's virtually the same only using a different hand.

Having always been left handed I can't tell you how any right handers feel. I have had jobs where right handers refused to train us lefties, and I have had jobs where I was told I did everything backward, But I do feel smarter knowing I can use both hands better than those who can only do things with just their right hand.

Yeah, you definitely notice the difference just doing daily things. Everything is made for a right handed person, or they call upon your left handedness.."wow..a lefty"
Makes you feel like you are some kind of freak.. One day the lefties will rule the world...Wahahahah... :)

YES...everything is made for right handed person...the mouse for your computer....the credit card swipe at the store....the binders we keep paper in..(hand bumps into it when we write)......desks when i was in school (the kind where the desk is attached to the seat)......sissors.....ect.
anything for lefties is "made special" and never in enough supply. because of this fact i am ambidextrous, i write left handed but do many thing with my right....out of necessity!!!
*sigh*
its a right handed world.
