If not, then yes, as he is the closest thing to Bill Clinton-in spite of Gore's poor judgement and unwise decision in avoiding Clinton's support during his campaign.

Considering that Bush faked 9/11, has raised gas prices to an astronomical level, has gotten us into a war with no validity, stole the election with his brother's assistance, and is as dumb as a stone post, YES.
