We have a friendly argument at work, i say the toilet seat should be left up after men have a wee, the women say we should put it back down, i think the women are just to lazy to put it down, then lift it back up when they finish.....
What do you all think??

the thing is, if the seat is down that means men got to touch the seat after a womans fat, sometimes yuk, fat arsee has been sat on it, also ive used the loo where ive seen women drip on to it SHAKE THE DROPS OFF some of you women

I am married and my husband leaves the seat up all the time. What I dont understand is why is it such a big deal if it is up or down? I leave the seat down and he leaves it up. Neither of us mind which way it is. So either way is fine.

toilet seats should always be put back down,. there's a reason why . when you finish using the restroom , you put down the seat and flush the toilet so that no germs get out into the surroundings. it's also polite to leave the toilet seat down so that the person who comes in next , can flush the toilet first before using it . both ways i'ts a health precaution leaving the toilet seat down , not a gender difference in attitude.

the toilet seat should be left down. women dont want to have to touch the yucky seat after a guy has missed and peed all over it. i think that men should left and put down the seat

Women always leave the seat down, but never seem to put the lid down. Often they don't even flush the toilet. Then they complain about male behaviour....

well I think you should put it down, have'nt you heard of splashback, I dont want to be touching a toilet seat after a man has pee'd and it's splashed back up onto the bottom of the seat. Grose. It's a hygene issue, we don't want to touch your wee wee.

It isn't a matter of being right or wrong, it is being a gentleman. In return heare's a question for you. How would you like to sit down and find your butt in the water because someone left the lid up?

i think you lot have way too much free time on your hands!! where'd ya work and do they need new staff? lol
do you have toilet lids? why not suggest that afterwards you all just put the lid down, that way both sexes have to lift the seat/lid to go...
failing that fire all the women, or have seperate toilets....

if they keep complaining don't put the seat up at all. when they have to clean up the pee a few times they will stop complaining about putting the seat down.
but honestly....you should put the seat down. it's a small courtesy.

its a good argument but being a woman im going to have to say men put it down after you because men have to sit down some times to so we all benifit that way.
