That depends upon many factors.
Is the noodle the female or male?
If the noodle is female, then any form with a large enoug opeing should work, such as manicotti, or perhaps a large shell for a more enveloping feeling.
If the noodle is male, then the preparation should definitely be firmer than al dente, and may require multiple noodles in order to fully satisfy the requirements.
Oh, and if you are talking about screwing a noodle, as in with a tool, I am not sure they make pasta in Phillips head patterns.
Or, if you are talking about the MaxFli Noodle golf ball, I can screw those like crazy. I hit one and it corkscrews to the right. Next time it's to the left until I have screwed my Noodle so much that is has returned the favor and screwed my scorecard into triple digits.
