Having "enough", I think is a relative term ... Like hot and cold. What may be enough of one thing for you may not be the same for me and vise versa.

enough is when something has been satisfied. too much is when there is something left over, and not enough means the situation is not satisfied.

Man has limitations in all aspects in life. If one feels she/he has already reached her/his limits, it is time to stop. However, there is the law of Satiety saying that Man, by nature, has no satisfaction. Whatever, it depends individually.
