Donnie Darko.... I've seen it twice, and the most recent time was about 6 months ago... and I'm still trying to figure out how it all fit together...
Oh yeah, and this one may surprise you as a choice, but really in Big Fish it takes some thinking. Because some how his life loops together. Like the old witch he meets as a boy is a little girl that falls in love with him when he's a man. and the fish he catches the day his son is born is him. some how it all loops together, but I don't know how.

The Lake House - Pretty confusing. I had to think a bit about the time differentiation.

Most Horror Movies - Makes you wonder why writers allow their characters to investigate the problem rather than getting their asses out of their as quick and easy as possible.

Cube - This story, to me, makes you wonder about life but their are also hidden messages that you have to figure out.

Freddy Got Fingered - This movie made me wonder why did the people who help put this movie together waste all their time and money on this movie.

Donnie Darko - I still don't understand till this day but, Jake Gyllenhaal is cute, isn't he?

Jacob's Ladder - with Tim Robbins. Most people have to see it three or four times before they figure it out!

The Fog of War - a documentary film by former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara. Detailing a lot of the crap that went on behind the scenes in the US in the 1960's.

Oh....definitely Donnie Darko...Saw is good. It's not really one of those that you really have to think hard about but it's a god psychological thriller :)

I'd go with Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and The Machinist.

Going to have to vote for Syriana on this one too! It's a good movie but I had to watch it twice to really "get it" all and I bet if I watched it again, I'd pick up more. I just didn't have all the background knowledge to get that one the first go round.
