most possibly the reason (as others have predicted) is the power supply.
Why?
If it is the CPU or RAM or Graphic Card, the POST (Power On Self Test) should run first, and you should see bad CPU/RAM/Graphic Card message from the BIOS.
If it is harddisk problem (bad boot sector), the BIOS and POST would run first, and BIOS would complain about being unable to boot.
If it is Power Supply trouble, well, since other components don't get their ransom of power, the POST couldn't run, and BIOS couldn't file a complaint, and this creates a silent dead PC (not a noisy dead PC like if other components have trouble).
It is also possible the mother board (or one of it's part) is the troublesome part. However, it is quite rare for motherboard to be a trouble part. Especially since motherboard is relatively simple (read: very complicated) compared to other parts of a PC (which is extremely complicated).

I will tell you one thing Amigo, if it is your power supply, pony up some cash for a top-of-the line next time that has two fans.
Also remember that in these machines, the cooler the better.
I keep an extra power supply around just to help people quickly solve the issue.

unmarried beep is the indication for that the equipment is regular. different no. of beeps have different which ability. If u can hear the fan then, attempt fixing the demonstrate screen ability cable and verify for any unfastened connections around the equipment. If u understand nicely with reference to the interior areas then attempt beginning the CPU chasis and verify for RAM and HDD connections.

first open cpu
1) check light is on in your motherboard
2) check for cpu fan is moving in speed or not then
just touch heat sink on cpu if the cpu is over heating then may be your proccecor is dead
3) check smps with multimeter and check
for 5 and 12 volt power supply
4) install normal graphic card on pci slot
5) check ram is fixed good or not just remove ram ones and
fix it again
try this for one time only
