i think it do not go to shanghai but some other city of china .
else i think malaysian airline is the cheapest.

MAS is always not cheap, but you can always check out on their promo, below ae the link to the promotion site..
or u are looking for more cheaper airfare, then u may have to consider chinese airlines..

Xiamen is the only Chinese city served by airasia but they don't
seem to fly from KL.
I think you may find a reasonable fare here

(since it is based in Singaore, you may find better fares if you
can fly from Singapore than KL)
