I smoked for 6 years. It was hard to quit. My fiance' still smokes
and just flat out CAN'T quit. Don't tell him, but his face is not
looking so good because of it. He's in his 20's and has deep pits
in his cheeks that used to look like dimples but now they don't.
And the skin there is kind of dimply in a cellulite looking kind of
way. And he will not get his cute baby-face back because of it.
That's just what happened to him on the outside. Why would
make our faces and our voices ugly on purpose. Because that's
all a smoking habit ends up doing. If your stressed, ask a
smoker how they feel if they run out of cigarettes. Not happy.
It's not all the cool it's made to sound like. You're young and
probably pretty; don't turn into a wrinkly faced hag-like sounding
lady by the time your 25. You'll be glad you still have your looks,
and later down the road when other people can't quit and are
dropping like flies around you from all the poison's in their
cigarette's - you'll still be healthy and comfortable and not
coughing up blood.
Something to think about. Also, if you start smoking and decide
to stop - you'll have to come up with the $50 for the patches,
and gum stuff to help you quit. When that fails you can raise
$80 for hypnotherapy, or $95 to get your ear zapped. Or you can
save your money and buy clothes and go shopping instead with
your money. :)

Now my husband inhales cigars so not everyone just smokes them for the taste... anyway u inhale cigarettes.

Don't smoke cigarettes. It is a very hard habit to stop and ruins your health. Nowadays, you are a freak if you smoke.

cigarrretts destroy your health.
just consume fresh herbal medicines:
just be relax every time
stop drink coffee
stop smoking
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes as much as possible
eat many cucumbers as much as possible
eat much green vegetables as much as possible
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres water a day
do any sport 4-5 days a week
and you will be healthier.
