Balot. That's a Filipino delicacy. It is duck's egg that has already been allowed to incubate, hence when you open the egg, there's already a small chick inside. I eat that along with whatever egg yolk is still there. The older the egg, the smaller the yolk and the larger the baby chick. It is generally boiled in water for 2-3 hours and eaten with salt. YUMMMMM!

Saltine Crackers and "red" koolaid! You take a bite of the cracker and a couple sips of the koolaid and you hold it in your mouth until the cracker is soaked, then you suck the koolaid back out of the cracker and you're left with a sweet and salty treat! I've enjoyed this for over thirty-five years. It was a childhood favorite! Now it's just plain "soothing" after a hard day of work!

I am a chef in an Italian restraunt and I have the freedom and responsibility to taste and create many different dishes but at the end of the day you can bet that I'm either standing in line at the local taco truck getting a burrito or I'm at home sinking my teeth into a hotdog!

When I was a kids I use to only eat ketchup sandwiches or grape jelly sandwiches or mayo sandwiches. As I grew up I began putting french fries on my hamburgers and I still do that if no one is looking. I also like mashed potatoes and chicken on toasted bread. Try these--they are surprisingly good.

My husband likes to spread peanut butter on american cheese and eat it... Sound kind of gross but he said Peanut Butter is meat and American cheese is dairy so therefore he is getting meat and dairy at the same time... Maybe that's not wackiest but I think it's wacky to me...

My fav food is a special smoothie i created when i was five. It has mustard, fish sticks, pizza, mayo, pickles, yogurt, bread, cheese, ice, milk, and sliced ham in it. It sounds gross, but it is really tasty. Dont knock it till you try it.
