The world has always had its dark times - they come and go. They seem worse now because the news shows cover everything and we are more easily made aware of all the things that are happening. In past times whole civilizations disappeared due to volcanoes etc and no one knew it had happened.until many years later if ever.

i think of you're mixing up 2 issues. This document refers to Roman Catholics not the completed Christianity. This rport says:- "He suggested that if all Christian communities have been seen, which contain Orthodox church homes, Anglicans and Protestants, then Christians made up 33 % of the international's inhabitants -- or approximately 2 billion human beings" in fact Islam is an entire religon and Catholics are in user-friendly terms a school of concept in Christians merely like differant faculties of concepts in Islam like Sunni and Shia etc.

Time's arent gettig worse, we're just seeing more of the world as it is and has been. The media's making it possible to see all of the crazy terrible stuff happening and showing us more how our lives suck than they used to be able to, and new technologies can scientifically unveil the crappiness of things. So, it's not that the world's going completely down the crapper, it's just that now we KNOW it's oging down the crapper.
