Harry & Voldemort

As much as I don't like it, I think it is totally possible that J.K. Rowling might kill off Harry. If you remember the article, she said that there is a good side to killing off your main character. When she is dead and gone, no one will be able to come back and write Harry because he already died; it would be satisfactory to know that no one will come back and take over you masterpiece.

Here is a list of people besides Harry that I think might perish.

Ron: Besides being Harry's best mate, we haven't really seen him prove himself in times of danger and battle. He showed his strengths back in Book 1 when during the giant chess match during the hunt for the Philosopher's Stone. There is a theory that Ron will sacrifice himself for Harry in the final match against Voldemort.

Pettigrew: Do I have to explain it? Let's see... He betrayed the Potters, he helped Voldemort get his body back, and is an all-around bad guy. I think it's time to go, and that the life-debt that he has to Harry will be involved somehow.

Draco: I think that apart from being "bad", Draco is really a tragic character. His family are Death Eaters. He's got a lot to live up to. I got the kind of feeling that he was forced in the Book 6 to serve Voldemort. All the stress he underwent, the frustration, the anxiety... I mean, the poor boy was misguided. Remember that he is only about 17. People can make horrible mistakes when they are at that age. Unfortunately in Draco's case, it might cost him his life. He's in too deep.

Professor Trelawney: I think there is a possibility of her death in Book 7. She's always predicting how people will die, and seeing strange, dark omens everywhere. I think that is a kind of subtle foreshadowing. She sees death everywhere, why can't it be hers? I just wonder how this would play out, and how important it would be to the actual plot.

Percy: Hmm... Anyone sure which side he is really on?

Who will get a reprieve? I have an inkling that it is one of the Dursleys.... or Snape.

Since she said in her interview that "she doesn't want anyone coming back after she's passed and write about Harry..." I think I would be Harry & Voldemort. Reason being. Harry to end the series so no one can write about him. Voldemort 'cause you can't kill Harry and leave Voldemort free in the wizarding world. So therefore they both must die. (Please don't kill Harry!!!)

I think one will be Voldermort. I think the other one will be Snape, who I think may turn out to be on the side of good after all. I want to believe this because then it may mean Dumbledore is really alive. Pure speculation though. One thing I know for certain though, I can't wait to read the book when it comes out!!

Well considering it is the final book you are almost guarenteed that one will be Voldemort. My guess is that the other will be Snape. He will probably die defending Harry.

Welll, i have a feeling it is going to be mrs weasley, now i havent put much thoguth into it but notic ehere every one who has loved harry(like relaly loved acept them as family almost) has died
dad
mom
dumbledore
siruis
all one by one,
and mrs weasley always is loving harry feeding him, getting him places almost liek a mom. I THINK dumbledore IS NOT DEAD BUT i do belive he will die in the begining or middle of the 7th book,im 50/50.
as for ron and hermoine i belive they will live.As for harry ,i have a feeling AND voldemort will both die, I THINk, because when u think about it, ROWLING is ending the series when the studdents are still teeanagers, children forsay, WHY would rowling stop, but then i KNOW rowling in an interview she said that their will be an epilogue ( a chapter saying what the students do with their lives) so i guess harry could live, but i have a feeling that he will die with voldemort, or wormtail will save hime because if u remmeeber in the 3rd book the prisoner of askaban that he saved wormtails live(harry did on accident of course by letting him go cuz he was a mouse ) and dumbldore said that worms tail must do something in return, because saving a life etc.(* i dont really remmeber)but if i had 2 say 2 people

harry, AND voldemort
u might think whats the point of reading them then?, but wouldnt that be a great ending and great ending .2 of the most powerfulest wizards both dying one for good and one for evil i think it would be a sad, but cool ending.
I also have a feeling ron might(i knwo only 2 im just listing all the people who could be one of the two)
ron-ron-Okay, so here we are, sitting around and looking for any Harry Potter info, HP rumors, HP clues, and waiting for the next HP movie. Well my friends, I think I have pretty good chunks of clues, so kick off your shoes, and relax to read.

In the recent JK Rowling interview, she's given us a few solid facts: there will be a new Minister of Magic, Harry and Cho are officially finito, and Hermione will not be doing any cooking with Draco Malfoy any time soon. Well, since you already know these things, I'm not going to focus on that stuff, and instead I'll concentrate on the stuff that isn't proven yet.

The first topic I will discuss will be (get ready) Ron's possible death. I personally think that JK is just trying to mess with our minds.

In one question, she was asked what Ron's profession will be when he left school. Her answer was:

Well, assuming he lives to leave school...I'm not going to tell you :)

We all know how attached JK is to Ron. On various occasions she has mentioned that he is one of her favorite characters. Now, what I ask myself is: why would JK be so comfortable speaking of one of her most beloved characters dying? My answer; because it isn't going to happen. I remember that when JK had to speak about that 'mysterious death' in Book Five, she was always sad speaking of it. One time, she mentioned that she got so upset that her husband suggested that she change it.

So why does JK keep speaking of it as though it were no big deal? I mean, she even put a smiley face after her answer. To me, that indicated that she was kidding.

Another reason for my thought came from this article:

http://www.sugarquill.net/forum/index.ph...

In that article she says, "It's great to hear feedback from kids. Mostly they are worried about Ron. As if I'm going to kill Harry's best friend."

She said 'as if'. You guys know what that means, don't you? She's not considering it. I think people say as if when they say things that they don't believe, or when they hear something they can't believe, and say, "As if!"

Another hint against his death is found here:

http://www.kidsreads.com/harrypotter/jkr...

This is what is said:

Q: Any hints you could share about what to expect in future Harry Potter books?
A: The theme running through all seven books is the fight between good and evil, and I'm afraid there will be casualties! Children usually beg me not to kill Ron when I tell them this; they seem to think he is most vulnerable, probably because he is the hero's best friend!

It sounds to me like she's not being serious again. Her words were, "They seem to think", as though it's not going to happen, or as though what 'they' think is not true.

Now, I know that the brilliant HP sleuths will battle me and say that Ron will die, but I'll still disagree. They have the interesting chess game theory, which basically predicts everything, but I have to ask; why would JK write something that would just give everything away? Especially if the fans could figure it out so easily. And their other theory which is how Ron will die because he joked about his tea leaves saying Die, Ron, Die. It's a known fact that when Ron jokes, his jokes usually turn out to be true. Well, not all (like the Snape being a vampire one).

Ginny- She has said in book 6 HBP when harry is breaking up with ehr "i never did give up on you" or something like that basically saying she always loved harry and always will.

obviously voldy will die.
