Yes because they still have the same undertone, and are from the same part of the color pallette.

Gray will pair with just about anything, but blues, because they have the same subtones, flatter it, IMO.

no but if it is navy than yes cause navy and gray look good together but it looks really dull

i'd easily ought to work out the blouse....what's it, a plaid oxford type blouse? both would bypass i assume, yet there isnt a lot information given. tournament it as a lot as Khaki or Brown and note what you get to boot.

not really. id go for eitehr kacki, white or balck...gray just makes the blue dull
