My boyfriend/son's father has been in jail for 4 months, 14 more to go! We want to get married, but i don't know how to go about it because we are 3 hours away from eachother....

Just something to add......Don't give an answer unless you know what it's like to love someone!!!! I have been with him for 3 years and we have an 11 month old son together!! So don't answer unless you can be nice or relate to that! Thanks....

Unless there is a pressing reason to marry him before he gets out, how about waiting until he is out so that you can have a "real" wedding and reception and celebration?
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing up right!
Otherwise, check with a justice of the peace or a pastor/rabbi and they will know or be able to find out for you.

I think u should try asking a justice of the peace. U should call ur local city hall and find out or the jail he is currently in they may be able to give u more answers.

When you talk to him tell him to have Lawry he wants to marry you while he is in jail and he can get the pastor of the jail to marry you to
