Less and less every year as new technology makes them obsolete. Do you know anyone paying big bucks for 8-track tapes???

Not very much. The majority of the population will have moved on since then to DVD and so forth. VHS's are moving in the direction of laserdiscs: in existence, but of no use.
Then again, there are blips in the market for old stuff and VHS's like "Beauty and the Beast" (an Academy Award winning film and a revolutionary animated film at that) may be worth something. Who knows. But I would give it more than just a couple of years.

VHS? Not much at all. In another 10 years, you wont even be able to buy a VCR in America. Tapes whether commercial or ones you recorded yourself, are getting worse everyday they sit on the shelf. If youre going to try to sell your VHS tapes, do it now, while some people still have a need for them.

If you're lucky you might get a penny or two for it on eBay. Since the advent of dvds, you can't give away VHS tapes. Nobody wants them unless you have some oddball ones which are mostly things like concert footage that didn't receive wide distribution.

No more than a buck a'piece.
I wouldn't pay more than 50 cents myself, but that's because I've been boycotting VHS since 1998.

Not more than $10 each in the next few years. You might have to hang on the them for quite a while to make a real profit.

Not much, but in 30 years, worth hanging on to.

it would depend, you need to make sure that they're in mint condition of course! But I would try and research on Ebay or something like that what some of the older older ones are going for, and compare it.
