Does she make excuses not to see you? Has she changed the way she dresses? Is she not picking up the phone when you call her? Is she spending less time with you? Is she not as affectionate anymore? If the answer is yes to any of these, then there's a possibility she is cheating.

Look for different behavior, like wearing her "good" underwear when she wouldn't normally. Also things like changes in personal grooming. ( If she never used to keep the hedges trim, and now she does). If you're a truly paranoid bastard, you could check cell phone records, debit card usage and so on...

Mind you this type of behavior is totally paranoid, and a total breech of trust. Just ask her, and if you don't believe her or trust her, then why are you even together?

if she avoids your calls, and makes unreasonalbe excuses for not wanting to see you. Although you shouldn't jump to conclusions because just like there's a possibility that your girlfriend is cheating on you, if you accuse her and you're wrong it will ruin the trust in the relationship forever.
