i am having problems when someone sends me a picture it won't let me view the picture how do i do it.?

Every once in a while it will let me look at the picture but very seldom. What am i doing wrong?

Ask the person who is sending the picture to make sure it is saved as .jpeg or .gif and then send it to you. I believe those are the only extensions that yahoo recognizes in its email. Outlook, also.

is this on MSN messenger? If it is, i believe theres an option where you can turn off this feature
