Hollywood isn't into making movies anymore. Hollywood makes two hour product placements.
The movie is nothing more than a way to promote a product - beit cola, or Batman action figures.

Because all the great movies have already been made, thus, stealing ideas for new movies. However, Hollywood (for SOME strange reason) feels it's necessary to butcher old classics and remake then and/or to make sequels to every sodding movie that is released in hopes of "creating" new ideas.
Also, it doesn't hurt Hollywood to spit out poorly made films in favor of making money. It just annoys the movie-goers like us. It's a mad, mad world. :)

Because at the moment, Hollywood is unoriginal and running out of ideas. Thus, they must rehash old movies to make them "current". Usually this is a big mistake.

Because stars ego's are so big that they are just to full of themselves that every once in a blue moon when a decent movie does come out..you are so sick of the stars in it that you can't even watch it.
No good movies, no orginal t.v. shows and the same 10 guys picking out the same boring programing to stroke over inflated stars egos. Let's boycott!! But we can't the american public cares more how Angelina and Brads baby is doing more than the freakin' war.

Because they'd rather play it safe by rehashing just about every idea for the trillionth time than take a chance on producing something innovative and original. There are only so many ideas and you only make the same story so many different ways....

because hollywierd is full of liberals and far left icons who don't live in the real world the war on terror does not affect them behind thier gated communities and securities gaurds who will make sure that the islamo fascist will not pose a threat to them or thier privilaged children.thier lives are not affected by 9/11 and never will be that is why hollywierd is a bunch of pukes.

Remakes of older better movies. No talent actors and actresses that get filled with their own self importance. Insistent unoriginality and idiots who should spend more time in acting classes so that they can actually entertain us rather than constantly bombard us with their causes. DO YOUR JOB AND JUST ENTERTAIN ME!

cms stole my answer, i think they have run out of ideas and i know they have run out of movie titles as well hence all the movies with the one word titles, fallen, frequency, idenity, you get the point, now they are just waiting for the youngins to grow older so they can have a freash audiance for all the same o'l movies.

There is no originality, there is no creativity, they only care for money, they spend time on graphics but could care less about story lines....Sad world...Yet we still end up spending millions on this garbage...

They have no NEW ideas what so ever. They just do sequels to good movies and ruin them because, again no good ideas.
