I don't mean more Harry Potter books, but different stories in general she plans on writing. I think I will read it, but I'll always be wondering "where is Harry?"

I would absolutely read it!!!! I good author is a good author no matter what they write about. Anne Rice pulled a complete reversal and wrote an awesome book about Jesus' childhood. I'm so glad to hear Ms. Rowling will not abandon us after Harry moves on...

I would definately read them. But Harry Potter series will always be my favorite of all time. I love the way she writes, it's like you get sucked into the magically world of Harry Potter!!! I have yet to find any book that can do that!

Probably not I always remember her for her Harry Potter series. Hard to get into another series of books written by the same author if the first series is good and very well written. Harry Potter and his friends will be hard to forget.

I am a major HP fan and have all the books, so far, as well as the movies. Having majored in English and Journalism in college and I'm also a writer, so I do look at Ms. Rowlings work as a writer from a writer. She is a very gifted writer that has an awesome ability to bring you into the story and let you use your imagination to see the story, not just read it. So to answer the question, "Will I read her other books?" Most definitely, I'll read them.

I feel that I will have to. You see, I haven't read the Harry Potter series YET. Only because I am afraid to get started because from what I have heard, I will love them. and, when I love a book(or sries of books) I won't stop til they've all been read. BUT< now I have to get started before Rowling begins something new!

Of course. Anybody who trully loved HP would be willing to give this extraordinary author another try. You never know. Some say they will always like HP best but who knows what she can do with her talents. You dont know what she has in store for her fans next. Have you ever read V.C. Andrews? All her series were great. Who knows, J.K. might incorporate HP into her new series!!! Or atleast that would be pretty cool!!!

She is such a good writer that I think I will give her other books a chance. As far as Harry, I think the poor kid deserves some peace after everything he has gone through for our entertainment.
