You were probably having an anxiety attack, happens to me all the time.

Anxiety (panic) attack that's all. You probably don't like giving blood from the sound of it (2 yrs since your last blood draw) & you didn't want to "wimp" out, b/c your gf was w/ you. You probably shouldn't have watched the nurse take the blood; sounds like you got "squemish" at the sight of your own blood going into those tubes. Next time, turn your head & you won't get sick, and get your blood tests done on a regular basis. The nurse didn't do anything wrong, you were just too anxious about it, and it developed into a "high anxiety" attack.

Well, to begin with, there is no blood test available that will diagnose Bi-Polar Disorder. Your other problem sounds like anxiety. All you have to do is wait now for the results to come back. You will be okay. Good Luck !

some people dont like to get their blood drawn and will go throught what you have gone through. it is a phobia and the next time when you get the blood drawn have them have you lay down if possible.

You might be anemic (low iron). (I'm not sure if anemia is the only cause tho, so ask your dr.!) This happens to me frequently.
