No, because the blood will change the results. However, if you are in your lighter days at the end of it, they can use a slightly different solution. You must inform them so that they can use it, to cause the blood cells to migrate elsewhere.

If your period is extremely light it may be possible, but I would probably reschedule just to be on the safe side. You don't want to have to go through it twice because they took a contaminated smear.
