There is no specific good age for dating, because everyone matures at a different rate, and everyone has different ideas about dating, but I would say it would be fine to go out with a bunch of friends, and a special person, and then move on to one-on-one dating a year or two later. It also depends on what your parents think and your friends. I hope this helps...

I belive that the age for teenage girl to start dating is 13 because it will help them with choosen the right boyfriend. First , you will need to talk to her women to women and see what is going on in her life. Mother a very important you need to ge her trust and it will be alright. Let her go out with her friends and make sure to tell her be back 10 pm.

Seventeen is a good age. However I'm happy I waited until 18. The dating you do during this time shouldn't be serious. You should date (not have sex) with as many people that ask you. I did this, and I had a ball. There are plenty of years to settle down and be bored to death.

Ask yourself this. At what age do you want your teen having sex? Because 100% of teens start having sex as soon as they start dating. Most of the time, that will be unprotected sex with no birth control. It is an extremely bad idea to let your teen have ANY alone time with friends or to let them go away to college. Let them start dating at age 18 or so but force them to commute to a local college (move if you have to).

If you don't, you WILL regret it.

Go out with a group of friends...it'll be a lot more fun and a lot safer in a lot of different ways. One-on-one dating, going out alone with a guy in his car--wait until you're 18.
