You can get on WIC and they can order it for you. I prefer Dr Brown's bottles (you can buy these at Wal-Mart) they are really good at reducing colic.
here are some sites that have Nurtimagen milk:

Target carries the formula. You may want to check Sam's Club or other "Warehouse" stores also. The Enfamil website also carries it and you can order it and they send it to your house. The powder formula is easier to use than the liquid...it travels better and storage is a lot easier, you don't need to refrigerate it or throw away what you don't use if you don't use it all in time. You just mix it with Baby Water (Nursery Water) right in the bottle when you're ready to feed the baby. When the baby goes to the Dr. for the next check-up appointment, ask if you can change to a store brand formula if it's comperable to the Nutrimagen. I believe Target carries a store brand of that type. I use Target brand Soy for my son...it's $12 cheaper a can that the regular Enfamil. Also go on the Enfamil website and register, they will send you coupons for the formula that you buy. Enfamil makes the Nutrimagen that the baby uses.
What bottles is the baby using now? I would stick to the same ones if the baby isn't having problems with them. I use Avent with my son, and I love them.
As for the diapers...there are general guidelines for weight on the packages. You'll want to make sure they are not too tight around the legs leaving red marks, and also not too tight or loose around the belly. I have found that I LOVE Ppampers diapers and LOVE Target brand wipes. I used Pampers Swaddelers until my son outgrew them (they only go to size 2) and now we use Pampers Baby-Dry diapers for him. I have never had problem with them. Also in every package of pampers diapers you get a coupon. I buy my diapers at Target, I have found them to be the cheapest.
You'll pick everything up rather quickly. Don't be nervous, babies are wonderful. I'm sure that after a few days of adjusting you will fall into a routine. Good luck with everything.

You can get it at any Wal-Mart. I preferred the powder formula myself. You don't have to worry about keeping it cool on outings or making up alot of bottles at one time. You just make them as you need them. My niece used Nutramigen for colic and it was a life saver. As far as what kind of bottles, everyone has there own preference. I used the bent bottles with my daughter. They are supposed to allow less air in baby's tummy. I used wide mouth Gerber bottles with my son. I liked both. Now the diaper thing- You can pretty much tell if it is too loose. Go by the pounds on the package of diapers. I like Huggies because they have stretchy velcro tabs (some brands don't stretch) and just get it tight enough that you can still get your fingers between the diaper and babys belly to see that she has room. What ever you do don't be nervous!!! Babies can sence that and it can upset them- then you'll have a sqwalling baby on your hands. I love babies and have two of my own. 5yrs and 15 months. Any more questions? I'd love to help you if you do. Just stay calm- You'll do alright. Good luck

FORMULA: My baby boy was on Enfamil's Nutramigen. I bought it at Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Kmart & eBay. I could usually get it cheaper on eBay than from the stores plus it arrived right at my doorstep. Buy it in powder form cuz then you dont have to worry about keeping it refrigerated until you mix it w/water. BOTTLES: My son prefers Dr. Brown's bottles. It kept him from swallowing air, therefore less spit up. There are a few more pieces to wash but well worth the time spent when it reduces the baby spitting up. I use a #2 nipple for formula & #1 nipple for juices. I also bought the "Podee" nipple/tube adapter at BabiesRUS. It fits right on to a Dr. Brown's bottle. This was a life saver. Go to www.podee.com to view what I'm talking about. Luv, luv, luv this product! Dr Browns nipples work perfect on the Podee system. DIAPERS: I use Huggies because of the elastic waistband. I get a snugger fit. It wont be too tight or loose if you go by the weight chart on the box. #2 will probably be just fine for your 4mo old niece... When my little boy arrived 8mos ago, i didnt know what the heck i was doing but you figure it out really quick. I was soo scared! I know what you're feeling. It'll pass as you gain confidence. Just know you're not alone... feel free to email me if you need help: knocknhedz@yahoo.com ... dont let the email address scare you... I was another person way back then but then weren't we all?... :o)

Your local Toys R Us or Babies R US store often carries a variety of formulas from RTF (Ready To Feed) to powder. Bottles all depend on what you are looking for and what kind of nipple the baby will take to. I hear Dr. Brown bottles are great for helping with less gas. Diaper sizes are based on weight, so as long as you know the weight, you should be ok, and when you put it on, make sure it is snug enough to not fall off, but not tight enough that you are going to leave marks.

I don't know where you live, but the grocery stores carry it where I live. We have Kroger's and Foodlands mostly here. And of course Walmart. They carried it too. My daughter was on it, that crap is EXPENSIVE. I hope you have a gold lined wallet. Maybe it's come down in the last 9 years, I hope. As far as the diapers, you want to be able to fit two fingers (laying flat) between the diaper and his belly or back. Start with that, if it's too loose, it'll fall off, if it's too tight he'll be red or creased even (kinda like when you're jeans are a little too snug on you belly). Good luck.

Do you live in the United States? If so, Enfamil Nutramigen is sold in most major grocery stores (Kroger, Farmer Jack, Publix, etc.) and you can buy a case of it at Babies R Us. It's in a white can with an orange label and has Peter Rabbit on the front. (At least it did about 2 years ago when my older son was on it. :))
Bottles...I used Playtex VentAire with both of my boys, and it really helped their colic. I undersand Dr. Brown's bottles are good too. If you're concerned about tight or loose diapers, buy Huggies...they have stretchy tabs so that they'll move with your baby when she moves.
