Don't try to go on a diet. It's best if you eat 3 meals a day and possibly a snack.
Truth:
If you go on a diet and suddenly reduce the amount you are eating, your stomach will actually think it doesn't need your intestines and digest them.
So, if you eat later, you'll get more fat.

Count calories and exercise. Look up on some websites I believe around 1800 calories a day is healthy.

eat one time a day at 5 pm on the dot... hamburger patty, green beans and sometimes a little corn... NO BREAD... drink unsweet tea, black coffee and lots of water..... i lost 35 pounds doing this in 1 month and have kept it off..... BUT NOTHING AFTER 5.. A SAME OLD FOOD CAN GET OLD BUT IT IS WORTH IT

cut out all carbs and meat,only eat fruit and veges,,you will only need to go for long walks with this diet because you will consume minimal calories,not enough to have to do high impact exercise
